Refund Policy

Due to the intricate, handcrafted nature of our products, we regretfully cannot offer refunds or exchanges for custom cakes, cake pops, donuts, cupcakes, and cookies. Once a cake is picked up by you or a designated party, it is considered “Accepted,” and the responsibility for the product shifts to the customer.

Refunds will not be honored for decorating style, color shade, or general decoration design discrepancies. Our baking process involves one day of baking and the next for decoration. If you need to postpone your cake for another date, kindly provide a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice.

For order cancellations and refunds, a 7% deduction will be applied to the total order amount in accordance with our policies.

Our products, known for their sensitivity and moist texture, require careful handling. For optimal quality, store them in a refrigerator at temperatures between 5-7 degrees Celsius.

Extended exposure to room temperature, exceeding 30 minutes, may adversely affect the design and quality of the product.

Please note that for cakes picked up directly from our factory, Papillon Cake holds no responsibility for any damages thereafter.
